• During your initial consultation, we will establish your session length going forward, inclusive of all desired treatment areas.

• Avoid sun exposure - We are unable to treat on top of sunburnt skin

• Shave all your desires treatment areas nice and short 24-48 hours prior to treatment. If shaving causes irritation to your skin. Please do not do it right before your appointment, we will only cause further irritation.

• Avoid waxing, plucking and any other hair removal method that involves pulling hair from within the treatment areas between sessions. This will hinder your results - let the laser work its magic for best results!

• You will not need to apply any specific aftercare/laser air product post treatments in general. Of course there will always be skin and hair types particularly sensitive to follicular inflammation and swelling. However, as a general rule, our client’s suffer zero downtime or discomfort post treatments.

• Avoid excessive sun exposure and maintain regular SPF usage - Direct sun exposure can be harsh on recently treated skin.

• Skip intense physical activities - Your skin may be sensitive after the treatment, avoid vigorous exercises, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms for 24-48 hours. Sweating, tight clothing and increased body heat can irritate the treated areas.

• Stick to a gentle skincare routine for the first few days post-treatment - Avoid harsh chemicals, exfoliants, and abrasive scrubs. Opt for mild cleansers and fragrance-free moisturisers to soothe and hydrate the treated skin.
